From Star Wars Combine

The Interactive Combine Information System (ICIS) was the program which, in April 2000, replaced the Combine Commander and HoloCom clients as the primary game-play application for the Star Wars Combine. It was subsequently replaced by the Darkness interface in December 2003.

The program had basic functions such as space travel; board and unboard ships; dock with other ships; Combine Points; credit transfers; leadership functions; view character stats, and so on.

The ICIS was programmed by Niko with additional server programming by Sim Master Fizzban.
